Honey Vizer is a reclusive and glamorous turn-of-the-century original solo acoustic singer/musician who is thought to rock by certain people in-the-know. You may consider her a punk folk artist. She's strongly influenced by the Dead Milkmen and the Carter Family, for instance. But fans say that no one else has a voice like that; it is distinctive and memorable whether pretty or vicious. Or pretty and vicious.

Honey Vizer loves guitars best, but likes to use other instruments for certain special applications: banjo and accordion for Bon Jovi songs, for example. She's played shows with Jonathan Richman, Hell's Belles, and lots of awesome Eugene bands... even though she is acoustic solo person. That means she's an acoustic solo person who rocks. She can also play a mean folk or country song, and will. She will not confirm nor deny that she is a reptile from outer space.
