Noelle Dass
It was a cold and rainy December evening in the Pacific Northwest. The fire had long burnt out and it was into the wee hours of the morning that Noelle furiously painted on her canvas. Perhaps it was the dreariness of the eternal grey winter that was responsible for such an insane explosion of colors or maybe it was something else...we will never know really and you must ask yourself, do you really want to know? Nevertheless, this was the night the Artimals were born, the night it all began...
Noelle has been painting her entire life and has no plans on giving it up. After years of serious classical oil painting Noelle's offbeat sense of humor and love for animals and all things quirky came through her art strong and true and was not to be stifled. Often the titles of the painting make them even more humorous and both adults and children enjoy the bold colors and whimsical nature of her paintings. Noelle says "To surround ourselves with art that makes us happy can have a powerful impact on our moods and therefore our lives. So many people tell me that my art makes them feel good whenever they look at it, perhaps in the morning when they are eating breakfast and see it upon the wall or in their hallway as they pass by. It is my belief that to make someone feel good inside means more than anything in this crazy world we live in.” Noelle lives in the Pacific Northwest and loves animals as well as oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. “Animals are innocent and don't deserve the harm we have caused them. I hope to do whatever I can to help save them” and by purchasing Noelle's art you will be too as she regularly donates a portion of her art sales. A portion of the proceeds of this sale goes toward animal welfare programs. printed in the USA on FSC & Rainforest Alliance certified paper using soy based inks. www.noelledass.com Noelle Dass Facebook |
