The Eager Beavers

We sing funny songs.
So far, no one has thrown anything at us.

The Eager Beavers came together in February of 2011 in a Whittaker, 50’s inspired, living room. After stripping down to our panties and engaging in a rambunctious pillow fight, we magically became a band. As music lovers we wanted to put together a show that our adult audiences could relate to, even if they weren't willing to admit it. We use our tunes to poke fun at day-to-day issues, as well as the more serious ones. If you can't laugh at life, then you're doing it wrong! We feel it is our duty to make good music, make people laugh, and cause at least a few jaws to drop before the night is through .

Some have described our genre as "raunchy swing revival." Call it how you see it, just don’t miss it! We sound like a band from the 20's, look like moms from the 50’s and swagger like liberated women from the future. You could say we are “retro-hip” like the love child of Betty Page and Peter Brady.

The Andrews Sisters are an inspiration to us and we model our tasty three-part harmonies after them. Our comedy is inspired by Sarah Silverman and our sassy attitudes are purely our own. Independently, each Beaver is a force to be wreckend with; together we are better than sex! Better yet, live Beaver show first, then sex afterward.

Our gift to you is honesty about important things that matter to you. Go ahead and take it. Take it all! You know you like it. Our full length album will be out summer 2012 with additional songs about female ejaculation ("Squirt Alert"), male prostitution ("Can I Pay You to Leave?") and going through a phase of strictly banging redheads ("Ginger Binger") just to provide a teaser. With 10 original tunes and one boner track, we are sure to hit a home run.
